- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of Oakwood Place is four guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
- Parties and events: Parties and events are not permitted at Oakwood Place without prior consent from the host.
- Care for the property: Please treat Oakwood Place and its surroundings with respect and care. Any damage caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
