- Quiet hours: Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of Elmwood House is six guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
- Parties and events: Parties and events are not permitted at Elmwood House without prior consent from the host.
- Care for the property: Please treat Elmwood House and its surroundings with care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
